COTEAUX NANTAIS
Coteaux Nantais has tended orchards near Nantes for generations and farms them biodynamically, which has made it one of the reference growers in Europe for Demeter certified fruit. Apples are the heart of the house, transformed into compotes, purees, juices and cider vinegars of remarkable depth. Nothing is rushed and nothing is standardised, and the fruit tastes exactly that way. It is the orchard we point to when customers ask what biodynamic actually means.
